The Spectrum of Revelatory Experience.

Okay so this past week was wayyy better. I learned so much and feel so much better and yeah.

There isn't much to tell though because Sister Rocha's asthma attacked her at the beginning of the week, we had exchanges in the middle, and then the stomach flu got her during the weekend. But I learned about slowing down, realizing priorities, and the miracle of serving going through trails to strengthen one's relationship. It truely was an amazing week. So quickly: I hit 13 months this week! Which is so not cool because I just wanna keep serving and serving and serving and doing missionary work and doing missionary work and doing missionary work. Yesterday night when we were able to teach the first lesson since Thursday I was just like "awhhh now that felt good" I can't imagine not having preaching the gospel as a stress reliever, good thing we are lifetime missionaries! For Valentine's Day I painted my toes the cutest red color! For service this week we helped make decorations for a baby shower, party planning is tooo fun! Exchanges in Carlsbad went super good! We left with a ton of strawberries from a food pantry we served at haha. And tomorrow we leave for Hobbs :) So obviously most of our week was inside, and so what I really wanted to share this week was what we learned from President at Zone Conference today, he calls it "The Spectrum of Revelatory Experience" I am going to include a picture but if you can't zoom it too well here is the bottom points. He has been working on it for years now he told us and it is all about the Holy Spirit and the gifts of and from the Holy Spirit and our Heavenly Father of how we can receive. It is legit and I love the Holy Spirit: Points to Remember: -The spectrum covers directness, not importance. -Revelation is more than an event. It may be more a condition of living. -Revelation is usually not spectacular. -Revelation can come across a broad spectrum. -The frequency of revelation diminishes as it moves to the right. -The Lord determines when and in which way. -False Assumption! : The more dramatic the revelation, the greater the personal righteousness. It varies from 1: Light of Christ (ex. conscience, instinct, mother's intuition) to 10: God or Christ (ex. personal appearances) Enjoy! Love you!! xoxo Hna. Slade
