My New Favorite Scripture - Helaman 6:3

Fall is here! There is no doubt about it and I love it! I wore tights this week! I am able to wear my cardigans and my long-sleeves and oh it's just soo exciting to wear new outfits!! My favorite part of season changes! One day I even changed 3 times. But that's just because each outfit was increasingly warmer and needed!

This week this member gave us the best soup ever too (se llama Calabazitas) but I think she makes the Mexican version. Anyway it's to die for! And she gave us the leftovers. I also ate fish this week...like a champion! And candy corn...and I love that stuff now-a-days.

This is week 6 of the transfer!! I can't believe another one is already up. But because I am training I am sure we are both staying another! At least we better!! There is work to do here and we have all sorts of new ideas for our less-actives :)

This week we had Stake Conference and the created a new Stake (Lubbock North) it's crazy how the church is expanding!! It's incredible!! We are a huge family!! Helaman 6:3 Speaking of Stake Conference. So naturally we had to have a translator well on Saturday she just got up halfway though and was like welp I gotta go. So guess who had to translate?! Me!! I wanted to die. It was the hardest thing ever! Because they don't wait for you to translate you have to say what they just said while listening to what they are saying while speaking loud enough for them to hear but not too loud that you can't hear the speaker. jajajaja. So here's a picture of the aftermath of my jumbled brain!! I call it PTSD (post-translating-stress-disorder)

My new favorite food is oatmeal with applesauce and apples.

Oh and here is a picture of a three-legged-cat. It's Brenda + Dani's. I planned on taking a picture with it in a few weeks when it was older but desafortundatmente it died. But I still wanted a picture of it! How many times do you see a three-legged-cat.

Raquel is back and committed to baptism!! Pray that she stays in town and that she comes to church this week!! She was born to be a member!!

Welp time is basically up. I love it here! I can never leave here! The Branch is my family! I love all the service we get to give to them! And I am enjoying their dinners too!!
