I Have a New Address...

This week was traumatizing. But it's Monday and we are ready for a good week! A new week!! And driving to the library we saw Raquel, she is back!!!...again. So I know it will be!

Let's see so this week started out dandy, I ate the pickled pork skin and actually liked it. Like now that I would crave it but it was not bad at all. But I also had to eat menudo and I do not get down with that. I could see the honeycomb-ness of the tripe or stomach or intestines. Whatever it is haha Then our investigators are doing great, reading with them is the best because then we know they are reading :) Sergio is on probation for 4 years though so in order for him to be baptized it has to be cleared through the mission president. Jose and Soledad and still old and strugging with their health but Jose thinks that he should be able to come to church this Sunday! So pray for that. And Maria is progressing as well. We talk about baptism all the time with her but she won't commit to a date yet because she says baptism is a huge commitment! So just pray that she can understand she doesn't have to know everything right now. Okay so on Thursday morning we saw a mouse running every where in our house! So we called and got permission to buy traps that day. So we bought 4. And set them with Peanut Butter. Then the next day we woke up and caught 2! And they were different sizes... Then during personal study one ran across Hna. Gonzlez's feet and she was done!! She starting bawling understandably. So then I saw two more so we called and asked to buy more traps. And bought 8 more. And caught 3 more mice in a matter of 2 hours. Then I finally broke because they were just every where and it was so disgusting and scary!! So then we called again and said we needed a different place to sleep for the night and they said okay we will work something out with a hotel or a member. So we went on our day. Then they called us and decided that we needed to switches houses with the elders..that night!!!!!! It was crazy!! It was hectic!! They were mean! They were ticked!! It took forever but we finally got all of our stuff switched and then the house was filthy so we had to clean it. So that is what we did for our lunch and dinner breaks on Saturday. Then all of the English ward members were being mean. And the switch was just so dramatic and terrible!! But all is well now and to be honest now that the house is clean it is SOOO nice! I have heard the nicest house in the whole mission! First it is a house not an apartment so it is huge!!! We have a couch now and counter space!! Yeah that's about all I have for this week. We live in the north part of town which is very sketchy but we live on the outskirts in the country. So my allergies are getting worse and we have to ride through the projects to get home but we are so happy to be mouse free!! Well that is after we caught the one mouse in the new house the first night we were there!!! :) Ahhh craziness!! Anyway I know God answers prayers!!! xoxo con amor, Hna. Slade Here's a joke for you!! porque los lamanitas tenian la ropa arrugada... porque los nefitas tenian las planchas :)

Oh so I told you that we moved but forgot to send the address here it is...
